14-day return policy: 14 calendar days, day one is delivery date of your item. 

Conditions: Item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused, with tags or labels, and in its original packaging (if applicable). You will be asked for your contact information and the order number.

Start a return: Email us at kayvetltd@gmail.com. We make every effort to respond within 1-2 days.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We unfortunately are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please refer to the specific postal carrier noted in your order confirmation email/text to report a lost or stolen package. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Items such as those in "Household" collection are final sale. Custom products such as special orders or personalized items are non-refundable. Items used on or for pets are not returnable and are non-refundable. Please measure you and your pets prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale or clearance items.

Exchanges:
The process to do an exchange on our online store is to request a refund, wait for the refund to be accepted, then make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need the item sooner, it is at your discretion to make another purchase prior to the refund clearing, but please be aware that we do not have control over the speed in which the balance is restored in your account after we process the refund on our end. 

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return. Please note that returns incur a 25% restocking fee from the item's pre-tax amount. This fee will be deducted from the return amount and the remaining will be placed back to the original payment method. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, to account for weekends and any holidays, should they occur at the same time. Please remember your financial institution takes a few days to post refunds.
